Title: Brand Experience Manager
The Opportunity

- Responsible for shaping and reinforcing the brand’s personality, this role ensures that what we stand for—our tone, look, feel, and promise—is consistently and compellingly expressed across all environments: from the retail store itself to store signage and packaging, to the pump experience, to digital engagement and loyalty.

- Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.
Key activities include:
- Define and evolve the brand’s voice, visual language, and personality across physical and digital channels.
- Ideate and implement brand-enhancing visuals and experiences in-store.
- Ensure brand consistency across store environments, packaging, pump decals, uniforms, in-store signage, and customer communications.
- Collaborate with the loyalty team to deliver a brand-aligned customer experience through digital.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and playbooks for internal and external partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and impact on customer perception.
- Monitor brand health metrics and contribute to strategies that increase brand equity, emotional connection, and repeat visits.
- Brand positioning, identity systems, and multi-channel marketing
- Managing creative projects and working with designers, agencies, or in-house creative teams.

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, customer experience, or retail marketing, ideally in consumer-facing industries like retail, CPG, or QSR.
- This is an in-office position in Houston.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the year to collaborate with our retail operations teams in Hawaii, Washington and Idaho.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate high-level brand strategy into practical customer-facing assets preferred.
- Passion for storytelling and delivering memorable, on-brand customer experiences preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills preferred.

Our Refineries and Logistics Operations
