Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Systems Manager
The Opportunity
- Procurement & Supply Chain Systems Manager at a growth-oriented energy company
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of key digital platforms within the Procurement organization
- Own the business-side administration of SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, Innovaptive, Toadfly ATOM, and Power BI, while also managing new system implementations and process automation projects across procurement and field operations
- Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will drive digital transformation by combining tool configuration expertise with strong project management skills
Key activities include:
- Act as the business system owner for SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, Innovaptive, and Toadfly ATOM, with responsibility for day-to-day configuration, user role management, approval routing, and process setup.
- Configure workflows, business rules, templates, forms, and catalogs to align with evolving procurement and field operations needs.
- Maintain data integrity, monitor integrations, and manage user support/escalations.
- Lead new system implementations, upgrades, and tool expansions in coordination with IT, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for digital procurement and contractor systems.
- Serve as the procurement-side project manager for system rollouts—owning business requirements, testing, change management, and user adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholder input and system vendor engagement throughout project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and performance optimization.
- Lead the design and implementation of improved business processes across sourcing, purchasing, time tracking, travel & expense, and field requisitioning.
- Drive adoption of system features and ensure alignment with compliance and operational standards.
- Own the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for spend visibility, cycle time, contractor labor hours, expense trends, and compliance KPIs.
- Connect data from SAP Ariba, Concur, ATOM, and Innovaptive into cohesive, actionable reports.
- Support Procurement leadership and field teams with data insights and decision-support tools.
- Provide hands-on support to end users, resolve system issues, and maintain system documentation.
- Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and best-practice guidance for all supported tools.
- Serve as Procurement’s point of contact for system vendors and consultants (e.g., SAP, Innovaptive, Toadfly).
- Manage support escalations, contract renewals, SLAs, and license utilization.

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Additional qualifications include:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred
- Minimum of 3 years managing procurement systems and tool implementations preferred
- Proven experience configuring SAP Ariba and SAP Concur, and supporting field platforms like Innovapptive and Toadfly ATOM preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and system integration preferred
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional system implementations or upgrades preferred
- Familiarity with contractor management, refinery turnaround operations, and requisition-to-pay workflows preferred
- Excellent communication, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement capabilities preferred
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile project management certification preferred
- SAP Ariba or SAP Concur functional certification required
- Experience managing mobile platforms or supporting field operations in the energy sector preferred
- Familiarity with data governance and ERP integrations preferred
