Title: Rotating Equipment Reliability Analyst

The Role
Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent you will be providing service to our operations and maintenance teams. As part of your specific responsibilities, in the following areas, you will:
• Perform equipment health monitoring data collection rounds on rotating and reciprocating equipment
• Perform detailed evaluation of health monitoring data collected from various systems (ie: Emerson CSI, Windrock Portable Analyzer, Prognost, Pi Process book)
• Perform as a team-player and work effectively/cohesively within the department and with individuals company-wide in order to gain a broad perspective of the various departments and operational functions of the company.
• Collect, analyze, track, and troubleshoot monthly lube oil analysis.
• Review shop repair reports for quality and reliability opportunities
• Assist with root cause investigations of rotating equipment failures
• Develop written reports and present data and recommendations to reliability staff and leaders.
• Actively engage with engineering staff to manage bad actors. Troubleshoot all problem rotating equipment to eliminate excessive maintenance cost and performance deficiencies.
• Research and promote technological developments that enhance reliability initiatives

The Requirements
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Rotating Equipment Reliability Analyst opportunity, you will have:
- Vibration Analyst Level I or II preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with vibration collection and analysis, and/or direct experience with the repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment preferred.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- High School diploma or GED
