  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be providing exemplary customer service to our clients.


Key activities include:

  • Supporting customer accounts through pricing, administration, operational execution, reporting, and data analysis to ensure accurate and timely business operations.
  • Manage pricing and system updates, maintains data integrity and coordinates cross-functional activities.
  • Establish strong and long-term client relationships and develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business and demands for energy
  • Develop an understanding of the products and services of the Company and maximize sales of products and services to customers
  • Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data models while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with terminals, billing, logistics, and other operational teams to coordinate customer and operational activities across departments.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal resources to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Support company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source

Qualifications

To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, sales support, and/or operations
  • 1 years’ experience in the petroleum industry desired
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams
  • Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers
  • Be proactive
  • Achieving goals independently and contributing as a team player
  • Identify ways to improve sales and performance
  • Combine analytical skills and creativity in solving problems
  • Possess strong work ethics and accountability
  • Communicate with the team, customers and ask questions effectively.

Hiring Range:

The hiring range for this position is $94,000 to $112,000 plus non-discretionary bonus.  The candidate selected for this position will be placed according to his/her skills and qualifications.
