The Role 

Reporting to the Sr. VP of Commercial, you will ensure that customers have access to purchase petroleum products from multiple locations. As a valued member of the Marketing Team, this person will communicate regularly with the marketing department and customers.  As part of your specific responsibilities, in the following areas, you will: 

 

  • Collection of customer and vendor information to allow setup across multiple systems.
  • Act as the liaison between, customer, vendor and various intercompany departments.
  • Respond to customer’s billing, pricing and tax inquiries by collaborating with appropriate internal departments.
  • Update multiple daily spreadsheets and file uploads.
  • Work closely with Contracts Team and Billing Department ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Provide support to the departments of Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Tax and Master Data.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests.
  • Manage office supply needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  

The Requirements 

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Commercial Analyst opportunity, you will have: 

 

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Strong Attention to detail, accuracy, organization and priortization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Team player, flexible, and willing to pitch in wherever required in a small team environment
